Fallen Star

From the moment our country was placed under quarantine, we started looking for things to escape from apathy. Some people started to find where they are passionate about; some take the risk to start their business amidst the pandemic threats, while some students made themselves busy for their upcoming CETs. However, I know some of you will agree with me if I’d say that we had that one person who surprisingly came in our life during this isolation.

He is a tall, thin, very talented, and intelligent man. I have had a crush on him since last year, but unfortunately he doesn't like me back. The Quarantine “Era” came, an unexpected scenario happened that started our conversation. I am lucky to be able to experience and find his unique soul.

We talked everyday since then as if we have a thing. We talked about each other's life, political opinion, how we miss the normal life, song recommendations, our dreams, a band we both stan, and more. We enjoyed every moment and became each other's diary.

It feels like the universe is on our side and things are slowly falling into place…,but just for a short time. Maybe we are just for quarantine and not more than that. Maybe life isn’t meant to be rainbows and butterflies all the time.

I will repeat my statement a while ago because I think something is missing and not done yet.

I know most of you will agree with me if I’d say that we had that one person who surprisingly came in our life during this isolation, but failed to stay for some reasons.
